UPDATE AN EXISTING CASE
If you like to add further information to an existing enquiry, please visit: http://www.worldsim.com/support/ticket_nc.aspx. Now please input the Ticket # (CAS-) as shown in the email you've received after creating a case together with tour details, and then submit your enquiry as mentioned above.
