Tariffs and Topping up
If you have a International SIM (voice/sms/data), check http://www.worldsim.com/tariffs-roamfree before your journey starts for the latest tariffs and footnotes for surcharges. Please note that the charges for calling toll-free or special numbers will be higher than the usual rates.
If you have a data-only sim, check https://www.worldsim.com/data-sim-card#new-data-rate.
If your balance is running low, you will receive a ‘low balance alert’ so you can top-up before you run out of credit.
To top up your balance just click ‘Top Up’ on the homepage or click right here and then you can top up your balance. Get more data for less with a Data Bundle for the Data Sim Cards.
You can also set an Auto Top Up amount so that you never need to worry about running out of credit again.
To top up your SIM must be registered and you have to select your default payment method (creditcard, debitcard, paypal). Once you have done this you can set up the Auto Top Up service once you are logged into your account. There you can specify when the credit is applied and the value of the credit.
You can also dial 190 to top-up via Customer Support when connected to the network.
